Lemsip Max Cold & Flu 16 Capsules

Lemsip Max Cold and Flu Capsules provide effective relief from cold and flu symptoms, including:

• Aches and pains
• Nasal congestion
• Fatigue
• Drowsiness
• Headaches
• Sore throat
• Fever

The maximum strength formula contains:

• Paracetamol for pain relief and fever reduction
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride for nasal congestion relief
• Caffeine to combat fatigue and enhance the effectiveness of paracetamol

What is the difference between the common cold and the flu?

The flu usually has more severe symptoms than a cold, often causing higher fevers and more intense fatigue.

What are the main symptoms of a cold?

• Blocked or runny nose
• Sore throat
• Headaches
• Coughs
• Sneezing
• Raised temperature
• Pressure in ears and face
• Loss of taste and smell

What are the symptoms of the flu?

• All cold symptoms
• Sudden fever (38°C or above)
• Aching
• Fatigue
• Difficulty sleeping
• Loss of appetite
• Diarrhoea or tummy pain
• Nausea and vomiting

Do NOT use if:

• Allergic to any ingredients
• Have heart conditions, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, enlarged prostate, or if taking MAOIs or other decongestants
• Under 16 years old

Consult a doctor if:

• Have Raynaud’s syndrome, diabetes, liver/kidney problems, stomach ulcers, glaucoma, or if pregnant/breastfeeding

• Palpitations
• Stomach pain
• High blood pressure
• Pale appearance
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Loss of appetite

Adults and children 16+: Take 2 capsules every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 4 doses (8 capsules) in 24 hours.

Do not take more than 3 doses in any 24 hours if also taking a night-time paracetamol product.

Swallow whole with water, do not chew.
