These heat packs are twice the size of regular Cura-Heat packs, making them an ideal fit for the back. They use heat therapy to relieve pain caused by various conditions, such as sprains, strains, sports injuries, poor posture, stress, or conditions like sciatica and slipped discs.

Not suitable for children under 12 years.
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the listed components or have had previous allergic reactions to medicines or cosmetics.
Avoid application on red, inflamed, broken, bruised, or irritated skin.
Remove immediately if the patch becomes uncomfortably hot.

Opening the Pack: Open the sachet by hand and remove the Cura-Heat Back Pain Heat Pack.
Application: Peel off the paper strip and place the heat pack on your back, ensuring the adhesive side is facing down.
Activation: The patch will activate within 1 minute and fully heat up within 5 minutes once the sachet is opened, so only open the sachet when you're ready to use it.
Removal: Once you're finished using the pack, peel it off slowly and dispose of it with regular household waste.
