Instructions for Use

1. Open the packaging and remove the heat aid pad.
2. Shake the heat aid pad gently to activate it.
3. Peel off the backing paper from the adhesive side of the heat aid pad.
4. Ensure the skin is dry and clean at the site of application.
5. Apply the adhesive side of the heat aid pad directly to the affected area.
6. The heat aid pad will gradually warm up and reach its maximum temperature in approximately 30 minutes.
7. Use the heat aid pad for up to 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.
8. To remove the heat aid pad, slowly peel it off the skin.
