Instructions for adults, seniors, and children aged 12 and above:

Apply the spray up to four times daily, with a minimum of four hours between each application.

Hold the bottle upright or upside down, positioning it about 4 to 6 inches away from the skin, and spray it onto the affected area.

After every 2 to 3 sprays, gently massage the spray into the skin surrounding the painful area.

Apply 5 to 10 sprays (1 to 2 ml) per application, depending on the severity of your condition. Do not exceed 40 sprays (8 ml) within a 24-hour period.

Remember to wash your hands after each use, unless you are treating them.

Continue using the spray in this manner for up to two weeks (or longer if advised by your healthcare provider) until your condition improves.
