- Has not had brain surgery where the surgery was carried out through the nose
- Has not had pituitary gland removal surgery where the surgery was carried out through the nose or mouth
- Does not suffer from glaucoma
- Does not have a very dry nose (inflammatory nasal dryness, rhinitis sicca or atrophic rhinitis)
- Agrees to read the patient information leaflet before using this product
