Allergies:
Children 5-10: 1 tablet at night
Children over 10, adults: 1 tablet at night, can increase to 2 tablets daily

Nausea/Travel Sickness:
Children over 10, adults: 1 tablet the night before travel, can repeat after 6-8 hours if needed

Short-term Sedative/Insomnia:
Children 5-10: 1 tablet at night
Children over 10, adults: 1-2 tablets at night
