• For any New Customer to take part in the Referral Program and receive a Discount, a New Customer must:

• Be over 18 years old;
• Be assessed as eligible for treatment via a consultation through our clinical team;
• Complete a valid purchase that is not cancelled or rejected.

• Any Discounts under the Referral Program are only valid for New Customers that satisfy the eligibility criteria above and the New Customer cannot be an existing or previous customer.

• Existing customers can refer friends and family using a unique referral code provided through our rewards scheme, Your Rewards.

• The standard reward is: £20 credit for both you and your friend/family member.
• This may be subject to change during promotional periods.
• A discount code for a single-use discount on a weight loss treatment
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.

Permitted Use

• You may share Your Referral Code only with your friends and family, and only through private channels such as email, direct message, WhatsApp, or SMS.

Prohibited Use

• You may not post or share Your Referral Code on social media, public websites, community forums, or any public networks.
• This restriction also applies to sharing on someone else’s pages or accounts—e.g. in comments, group posts, or other third-party channels.

• There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.
• Only one reward per referred friend will be issued.
• The reward must be claimed within 3 months of being issued.

If you share your Referral Code in violation of these Terms (e.g. by posting it publicly), we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to take any of the following actions:

• Immediately freeze your account, suspending any new Credits while we investigate suspected misuse.
• Cancel all existing Credits on your account if we determine the code was used in breach of these Terms.
• Permanently remove you from the Referral Program, and/or bar you from participating in future similar programs.

If you are found to misuse your Referral Code, either intentionally or inadvertently, you may be:

• Excluded from the Program, with all pending and accrued Credits forfeited.
• Suspended from future referral opportunities at our discretion.

By participating in the Referral Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your Medicals is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury—whether direct, indirect, or consequential—related to any Credit or Discount issued under the Program, except as required by law.

We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

• Amend these Referral Terms & Conditions or terminate the Program due to regulatory changes, business decisions, or operational needs
• Deny or withdraw access to the Program from any individual for any reason
• Freeze or cancel any Credits if we suspect violations of these Terms or any UK regulations .

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Referral Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Prescription‑Only Medicines (POMs)

• When You share Your Referral Code with friends and family, You must ensure that you do not promote any prescription only medication (POM) in relation to sharing to Your Referral Code.
• Please ensure that You have read and are familiar with this guidance prior to sharing Your Referral Code with friends and family. Please remember that sharing Your Referral Code publicly in ways that promote POMs or any statements relating to POMs will be considered a violation of UK advertising laws and this Referral Program.

Intellectual Property

• Do not use the YourMedicals logo, branding, trademarks, or any other intellectual property when sharing your Referral Code.

SPAM & Unsolicited Communications

• Your referral messages must comply with all applicable SPAM and electronic communications laws.

Reading & Understanding

• By sharing your Referral Code, you confirm you have read, understood, and will follow these rules before doing so.

• Your Medicals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the scheme at any time without notice.
• Changes will not affect rewards already earned.
