Side effects settle for most patients. Appetite hasn't shifted dramatically yet — give it time. Hydration and small frequent meals make the transition easier.
Tip: keep a short side effect log. Your prescriber will check in mid-month and may adjust if needed.

The "food noise" starts to quiet for most. Portion sizes feel naturally smaller. Energy returns to baseline. This is when patients usually notice clothes fitting differently.
Tip: keep eating enough — your body still needs protein. Aim for 1g per kg of body weight.
