Sinutab Non-Drowsy Congestion Relief tablets are formulated to relieve symptoms of cold and flu, including nasal congestion, headaches, and sinus pressure.
How does Sinutab Non-Drowsy Congestion Relief work? It contains paracetamol, a pain reliever and fever reducer, and pseudoephedrine, a decongestant that clears nasal passages and blocked sinuses.
Can I take this if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding? Consult your doctor or our pharmacist before using this product if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Common side effects:
- Itchy skin rashes
- Blood disorders
- Hallucinations
Serious side effects: Seek emergency medical attention if you notice signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties, and/or loss of consciousness.
Do not take if:
- You have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, pheochromocytoma, an overactive thyroid gland, or severe kidney problems.
- You are allergic to any ingredients.
- You are taking MAOIs, appetite suppressants, or other decongestants.
Adults and children over 16: 2 tablets every 4-6 hours, up to 4 times a day.
Children aged 12-15: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, up to 4 times a day.
Take the tablets with water.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.

- Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) used for depression, such as phenelzine, tranylcypromine or isocarboxazid, either currently using or used in the last 14 days
- Beta blockers for high blood pressure
- Stimulants or appetite suppressants and drugs used to treat congestion and asthma (sympathomimetic drugs)
