Calpol Sixplus FastMelts Strawberry - 24 Tablets

Calpol SixPlus FastMelts are strawberry-flavored, melt-in-the-mouth tablets designed to relieve pain and fever in children over the age of six. These tablets are sugar-free and color-free, providing an effective solution for managing cold and flu symptoms.

How will I know if my child has a cold? Common symptoms include headaches, raised temperature, muscle aches, blocked or runny nose, coughs, sneezes, and sore throat.

How will this product help to relieve my child’s cold? Calpol FastMelts contain paracetamol, a popular painkiller that also reduces fever, making it effective for children suffering from cold and flu symptoms.

Can adults use this medication? Yes, adults can take Calpol FastMelts, but should consult a doctor or our pharmacist, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or having other medical conditions.

Can I give this to my child if they are taking other medication? Consult a doctor or our pharmacist if your child is taking other medications, particularly metoclopramide, domperidone, colestyramine, anticoagulants, or anticonvulsants.

Do not use if:

• The child is under 6 years old.
• The child is allergic to paracetamol or other ingredients.
• The child is taking other paracetamol-containing products.
• The child has phenylketonuria or serious kidney/liver problems.

Side effects may include:

• Allergic reactions (swelling, difficulty swallowing, wheezing)
• Unusual tiredness
• Unexpected bruising or bleeding
• Increased susceptibility to infections
• Serious skin reactions (redness, blisters, rash)

This product is a medicine; consult your doctor or our pharmacist before taking it if you have underlying medical problems or are taking other medications. Dosage:

• Children aged 6 – 9: 1 tablet up to 4 times a day
• Children aged 9 – 12: 2 tablets up to 4 times a day
• Children aged 12 – 16: 2 – 3 tablets up to 4 times a day
• Adults and children aged over 16: 2 – 4 tablets up to 4 times a day

Gently suck the tablets until they dissolve on the tongue. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
