Lemsip Cold & Flu Lemon Sachets 10 Sachets

Lemsip Cold and Flu Lemon Sachets are a remedy designed to relieve cold and flu symptoms such as headaches, congestion, fever, sore throat, and muscular aches. The sachets are mixed with hot water to create a soothing lemon-flavored drink.

What happens when I have a cold? Common cold symptoms include headaches, sore throat, cough, blocked or runny nose, muscular aches, sneezing, a raised temperature, and loss of taste and smell.

How will Lemsip Cold and Flu sachets ease my cold and flu symptoms? Each sachet contains 650mg of paracetamol, a painkiller that reduces fever, and 10mg of phenylephrine, a decongestant that reduces nasal swelling.

Can I take this cold remedy if I’m pregnant? Consult your doctor or our pharmacist before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Women with a history of pre-eclampsia should avoid Lemsip.

Can I take this product if I’m taking other medication? Speak to your doctor or our pharmacist if you are taking other medications, especially beta-blockers, vasodilators, tri-cyclic antidepressants, other decongestants, barbiturates, or other medications affecting paracetamol or phenylephrine.

Do NOT use if you:

• Are under 16 years old.
• Are allergic to paracetamol, phenylephrine, or any other ingredients.
• Have serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, or enlarged prostate.
• Have taken MAOIs in the last 14 days.

• Blood disorders
• Stomach and gut disorders
• Difficulty passing urine

Dissolve one sachet in a mug of hot water.

Stir well and add sugar or sweetener if desired.

Take one sachet every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 4 sachets in 24 hours.
