Not suitable for children under 16 years. Keep all medications out of sight and reach of children.

Adults and children over 16 years old: Tear open the sachet to reveal the patch. Bend the patch and detach the center section of the protective film. Place it on the painful area, then peel off both sides of the film. Ensure the patch is fully adhered to the skin.
