Kalms Night One-a-Night Tablets are a traditional herbal remedy used to promote a refreshing, restful night’s sleep - without causing drowsiness the next day.

• Not recommended for anyone under 18 years old.
• Do not take more than the label tells you to.
• Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Do not take if you are taking any other medicine that makes you sleepy, or for stress or anxiety.
• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking any medicine. Contact a doctor if symptoms worsen or do not improve after 4 weeks.

This product may make you feel drowsy or dizzy. If affected, do not drive or use machines. Alcohol may increase the sedative effect. Excessive alcohol consumption should be avoided.

Recommended Dosage:

• Take one tablet 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
• If necessary, on subsequent evenings, swallow one additional tablet earlier during the evening.

Active ingredient per film Coated Tablet: 385mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian Root (Valeriana Officinalis L.) equivalent to 1.54-1.93g of Valerian Root, Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% v/v.
