How does the Refer & Earn programme work?

Share your unique YourMedicals invite link with someone you trust.When they place their first eligible order and it has been successfully delivered, you’ll receive £50 account credit to use on your next purchase.

Who can take part?

Any registered YourMedicals customer with an active account can take part in the Refer & Earn programme.

Who can I invite?

You can invite friends or family who:
• Have never placed an order with YourMedicals before
• Are aged 18 or over
• Successfully complete an online consultation where required

What does my friend need to do to qualify?

Your invitee must:
• Use your personal referral link
• Be approved following clinical assessment (if applicable)
• Place their first order with a minimum product value of £110
• Have the order successfully delivered
Delivery fees and discounts are not included in the £110 minimum spend.

When will I receive my £50 reward?

Your £50 referral credit will be added to your account after your friend’s order has been successfully delivered and is not cancelled or refunded.

Where will my referral credit appear?

Referral credit will appear automatically in your YourMedicals account once delivery is confirmed.You’ll see it available at checkout when logged in.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes — there is no limit to how many people you can invite.You’ll receive £50 credit for every successful referral.

Can I refer myself using another email address?

No.
Self-referrals are not permitted and will result in the referral reward being declined.

What can I use my £50 credit on?

Referral credit can be used on eligible YourMedicals products during checkout. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can referral credit be used with other discounts?

Referral credit cannot be combined with promotional discount codes unless explicitly stated.

Does the £110 minimum include delivery?

No. The qualifying amount must be £110 or more in product value only, excluding delivery charges.

What happens if my friend’s order is cancelled or refunded?

If an order is:
• Cancelled
• Refunded (fully or partially)
• Returned
• Or fails delivery
The referral reward will not be issued or may be removed.

What if the delivery fails or is returned to sender?

Referral rewards are only issued once an order has been successfully delivered. Failed or returned deliveries do not qualify.

What if my friend doesn’t pass the clinical assessment?

If a prescriber determines the treatment is unsuitable, the order will not proceed and the referral will not qualify.

How long does referral credit last?

Referral credit may be subject to an expiry period, which will be displayed in your account if applicable.

Can referral credit be transferred to someone else?

No. Referral credit is non-transferable and linked to your YourMedicals account only.

Can I share my referral link publicly?

Referral links are intended for personal sharing only. Posting links on voucher websites, deal forums, or paid advertising platforms is not permitted.

Why wasn’t my referral tracked?

Referrals may not track if:
• The referral link was not used
• Cookies were disabled or cleared
• The invitee already had an account
• The £110 minimum spend was not met
• The order was not successfully delivered

Can YourMedicals change the Refer & Earn programme?

Yes. YourMedicals reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the programme at any time.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the YourMedicals Referral Programme. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

“YourMedicals”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to YourMedicals Ltd.
“Referrer” means an existing customer who shares a referral link.
“Referee” means a new customer who uses a referral link to place their first order.
“Referral Credit” means the £50 promotional credit applied to an account.

3. Programme Overview

The Referral Programme enables existing customers to earn £50 account credit for each successful referral that meets the eligibility criteria.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Referrer must hold an active YourMedicals account in good standing.
4.2 The Referee must be a new customer aged 18 or over.
4.3 The Referee must not have previously placed an order with YourMedicals.

5. Qualifying Purchase

5.1 The Referee must place a minimum first order value of £110 (excluding delivery and discounts).
5.2 The order must be approved following clinical assessment.
5.3 Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or reversed will not qualify

6. Referral Reward

6.1 The Referrer will receive £50 account credit for each successful referral.
6.2 Credit is applied automatically once the qualifying order is confirmed.
6.3 Credit has no cash value and is non-transferable

7. Use of Referral Credit

7.1 Credit may only be redeemed on eligible purchases.
7.2 Referral credit cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated.
7.3 Credit may be subject to an expiry period.

8. Referral Limits

8.1 There is no limit on the number of referrals.
8.2 Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

9. Clinical Approval

All prescription-only medicines remain subject to clinical suitability checks by a registered UK prescriber. No referral reward is guaranteed.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

If the Referee’s order is refunded in full or in part bringing the order below £110, the referral reward will be cancelled or removed.

11. Fraud and Misuse

Any abuse of the Referral Programme, including multiple accounts, referral manipulation, or promotion on voucher websites, may result in reward cancellation or account suspension.

12. Programme Changes

YourMedicals reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Referral Programme at any time without prior notice.

13. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the YourMedicals Privacy Policy.

14. Liability

YourMedicals accepts no responsibility for referrals not successfully tracked or rewards delayed due to technical issues.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
