Prescription items require approval by one of our independent prescribers before they can be dispensed and sent. Once you complete your order and consultation, our clinical team reviews it. We only dispatch after a prescriber has approved the item as clinically appropriate for you. If we need more information, we will contact you before your order proceeds.
Delivery & returns
How delivery works at YourMedicals, from prescriber approval to discreet dispatch.

Delivery options and timing
Standard delivery — Royal Mail.
It takes us 3-5 working days to get your order approved and dispatched.
Discreet, plain packaging
All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents or that the parcel is from a pharmacy. Medicines are packed appropriately to protect them in transit.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We are unable to ship prescription medicines outside the UK.
Tracking and failed deliveries
You can track your parcel using the details in your dispatch email. If a delivery cannot be completed, the courier will follow their standard re-delivery or collection process. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us and we will investigate.
For prescription items, you have 3 days from delivery to raise any concern about the delivery itself. If you purchased shipping protection with the product, this window is extended to 14 days, so your case can be thoroughly reviewed and investigated. Please note that shipping protection does not guarantee a refund.
To raise a concern, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or live chat with us during our opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 4:30pm).
