Engagement Survey Prize Draw — Terms and Conditions

Promoter: YM Pharma Group Ltd, trading as YourMedicals, a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (registration number 9012314), of 2 Stadium Place, Leicester, LE4 0JS ("we", "us", "our").

1. How to enter

Entry is via the online survey linked from an email sent to eligible YourMedicals customers. No purchase is necessary to enter. Complete all three survey questions and submit the form to be entered into the draw.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who receive an invitation to take part. Employees of YM Pharma Group Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional period

Entries must be submitted by 23:59 (UK time) on 30 September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. Entries

One entry per person. Multiple submissions from the same person will count as a single entry. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, or made in breach of these terms.

5. The prize

One winner will receive a £1,000 YourMedicals voucher, redeemable against products and treatments available on yourmedicals.co.uk, subject to standard eligibility and prescribing requirements for any prescription-only treatment. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

6. Winner selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date, using a randomised selection process. The draw will take place after the closing date, with the winner announced on or around 15 October 2026.

7. Notification

The winner will be notified by email using the address associated with their entry within 5 working days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

8. Data protection

Personal data collected as part of this survey and prize draw will be used only to administer the draw, contact the winner, and understand how we can improve our service, in line with our Privacy Policy. It will not be used for any other marketing purpose without your separate consent.

9. General

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this promotion, or these terms, at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of our control.
Our decision on all matters relating to this promotion, including the winner selection, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform used to distribute the survey invitation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
