Instructions for Using Movelat Relief Cream
For External Use Only: Do not swallow.
Follow the instructions in this leaflet or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist. If unsure, check with a healthcare professional.
Before first use, pierce the tube seal using the spiked top of the cap:
Push and twist the spiked end firmly into the nozzle until you hear a click.
The amount of cream to use depends on the area being treated:
Apply between 2 to 6 inches (5-15 cm) of cream.
Gently massage into the affected area.
You can apply Movelat Relief Cream up to 4 times a day but do not exceed this dosage.
Some people may experience discomfort, particularly if they have sensitive skin, or if the cream is used in hot weather or after bathing.
Always wash your hands after applying, unless your hands are the area being treated.
