Timing

01

Plan ahead

Most treatments are taken 30–60 minutes before — check your specific one.

02

Give it time

It won't work instantly; allow the full window to pass.

03

Arousal still matters

It helps the body respond — it isn't automatic on its own.

04

Once a day at most

Don't take more than directed. [Detail pending clinical copy.]

Food and alcohol

Food and alcohol

A heavy or fatty meal can slow things down, so it may take longer to work. Alcohol can make it less effective and isn't a good mix. Lighter is better if you can plan it.

If the first time didn't work

If the first time didn't work

Honestly? It often takes a couple of goes to get the timing and expectations right. One off night isn't a failure and doesn't mean the treatment's wrong for you.
