Nurofen Cold & Flu Relief 200mg/5mg – 16 Tablets
Please confirm the intended user:
- Is aged 12 years or over
- Is intending to use this medication to treat symptoms of cold, congestion, fever, aches and pains
- Does not have an allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in this medication or to other Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
- Is not pregnant or breastfeeding
- Does not have the following conditions:
- Lung disease or breathing difficulties
- Heart disease, high blood pressure or blood clot disorders
- Diabetes
- Glaucoma
- Liver, kidney problems or problems with prostate and urination
- Pheochromocytoma (a tumour of the adrenal glands), or an overactive thyroid gland
- Stomach/duodenal ulcers or bleeding (especially if bleeding is associated with NSAID use)
- A history of seizures
- Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
- Is not taking the following medications:
- Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) used for depression, such as phenelzine, tranylcypromine or isocarboxazid, either currently using or used in the last 14 days
- Medication for the heart such as glycosides or for high blood pressure
- Other NSAIDs such as aspirin and any other medication to thin the blood
- Stimulants or appetite suppressants and drugs used to treat congestion and asthma (sympathomimetic drugs)
- Methylphenidate for ADHD
- Other immunosuppressants such as methotrexate or ciclosporin
- Agrees to read the patient information leaflet before using this product
