What is sinusitis? Sinusitis is the swelling of the sinuses, often caused by an infection. Symptoms include facial pain, blocked or runny nose, and headache.
How do decongestants work? Decongestants narrow swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion and allowing for easier breathing.
Are these tablets suitable for children? These tablets are suitable for adolescents aged 15 and over. Consult a doctor for children under 15.
Can pregnant or breastfeeding women take these tablets? Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid in the third trimester and while breastfeeding.
When should this product not be used? Do not use if allergic to ibuprofen or pseudoephedrine, under 15, in the third trimester of pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Avoid if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or certain other medical conditions.
Can I take these tablets with other medications? Consult your doctor if taking other medications, especially MAOIs, antidepressants, or other decongestants.
Do not use: If allergic to ingredients, under 15, in the third trimester of pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
Common side effects: Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, flatulence, diarrhea, constipation, insomnia, dry mouth.
Serious side effects: Allergic reactions, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, hallucinations. Seek medical help if severe side effects occur.
Consult your doctor or our pharmacist before use if you have underlying health issues or are taking other medications.
Store below 30°C, out of reach of children. Read the included leaflet carefully before use. For medical advice, visit NHS.
Adults and adolescents (15+): Take 1 tablet every 6 hours. For severe symptoms, take 2 tablets every 6 hours. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Swallow whole with water, preferably during meals.
Active Ingredients: 200 mg Ibuprofen, 30 mg Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, croscarmellose sodium, maize starch, silica colloidal anhydrous, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, macrogol 400, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide yellow (E172).

- Stimulants or appetite suppressants and drugs used to treat congestion and asthma (sympathomimetic drugs)
- Methylphenidate for ADHD
