Delivery & tracking
How your medicines travel, how long it takes, and what happens on the days something doesn't go to plan.

Standard delivery
Royal Mail, in plain, unbranded, letterbox-friendly packaging. Due to high demand, it takes us up to 14 working days to get your order approved and dispatched. We email you the moment it ships — you don't need to be home.
Medicines that need extra care
Some medicines can't travel in a standard parcel — here's exactly how each one moves.
Fridge lines
Some insulins and injectables ship in validated cold-chain packaging, next-day and signed-for.
Controlled medicines
Schedule 2 & 3 always travel signed-for — someone must be in to receive them.
Bulky items & liquids
Protective packaging that won’t fit a letterbox — Royal Mail cards you or uses your safe place.
The status trail you see in your account
The same view your reminder emails link to, and the same status our team sees when you call — there's no version of the story you can't see.
If a parcel is late or goes missing
If your parcel hasn't arrived, call us — we chase Royal Mail, and if a parcel is genuinely lost we work with your GP to reissue the prescription as a priority. You never deal with the courier yourself.
Going away?
Tell us in your account and we'll adjust your delivery date or hold a parcel. Orders can go to any UK address — home, work, or where you're staying.
