Repeats too — due to high demand, dispatch takes up to 14 working days. Order your first repeat with at least two weeks of medication remaining.

If you run out before your first delivery

Your GP can issue an urgent prescription to any local pharmacy at any time — switching to us never removes that option. Call 0116 507 0486 if you're ever running low.

Reminders, so you never run out

Reminders, so you never run out

We track how much medication each prescription covers and nudge you before you run out — email or text, your choice. One tap places the next request. Set a regular cycle in your account, skip or pause any month.
